easy to set up and running real smooth so far, love how big the plate is, i had the K1 max at my work which convinced me to get the K2 plus at home, about 2 weeks in and so far no regrets or issues

First time bought a 3D printer, gave to my friend to setup and test who is an expert in 3D printing. From start, bed did not return to home, was jamming, had to fix. Filament keeps jamming because trying to retract whilst filament is still soft. Still till now cannot be used a design intent. How these machines get past testing at factory to ensure trouble free operation is beyond me. Will jot purchase another Creality machine, should have gone Bambu
