Reward Points Guide

Welocme to Creality Reward Points Center 

1. Shop with Points

From now till December 31, 2024, AU Customer can use Membership Rewards points to part-pay or full-pay via Shop with Reward Points

Detail Below

Birthday = 1000 points

SignUp = 200 points

Place an order =3 Points per 1 AUD

2. Ways To Redeem

Log into the rewards panel on site (either by logging into your customer account). Once you're logged in, then open the rewards panel.

 Next, click on Ways to redeem.

If you have enough points for one of the fixed amount rewards, there will be a Redeem button:

Order Discount

100 points = 1 AUD

 

To redeem points on Incremental rewards, you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of point they would like to spend, then click Redeem:

Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.

Then you also may get an email with the coupon code for records. The code will also be stored in your rewards panel under the Your Rewards section at the bottom

 

Note:

1. The Reward Points can only be used on this shop :Creality Australia ; Birthdays Points can be awarded once a year

2.Once customer has redeemed their points for a reward, the reward will remain in their account until they decide to use it on a purchase, or until the reward expires (Date:From now till December 31, 2024). Points are not automatically returned to a customer's account if a reward is redeemed and not used.

3. Creality Australia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes
