Creality Ender-3 V3 SE 3D Printer

I recently purchased my fifth Creality 3D printer, the Ender 3 V3 SE. I've only been printing for the last two years, and now to a point where my machines run 24/7. I have two Ender 3's, two Ender 3 Neo's, and now the Ender 3 V3 SE.
This purchase came out of necessity after having issues with a particular rainbow filament range that we find quite popular, but it would often shred in the extruder and jam in the tubing, regardless of the machine we used. After deciding to buy a machine that eliminated the need for all that PTFE tubing, we chose the V3 SE.
We don't require super high speed printers, but this printer is much faster than our others, yet we still achieve the same quality prints. The best thing is that we have eliminated our problem with this particular filament, and have successfully printed 4kg of this filament in the last week and a half of operation.
We loved how simple the assembly process was with this printer, and that it is almost an out off the box and start printing experience. I have also found that servicing this machine is also very simple with the elimination of the V rollers under the print bed, the elimination of having to tram the bed, and the elimination of the PTFE tubing touching the printing nozzle. Great work guys.
We found the print surface that is supplied with the V3 SE to work extremely well,.... probably too well. If anyone can advise me on how to remove the test strip and skirt form this surface, it would be appreciated. I have switch my print surface over to Garalite G10 for the moment, but will move over to the superb Creality Carborundum glass bed to match all the other printers.
I would highly recommend this printer regardless of whether you are a beginner, or adding to your print farm. It is easy to use from the moment you open the box, and the print quality is quite good especially for the price point. I would certainly be buying more of these Creality machines, and the top of the list for me now is the V3 SE. Also, no I'm not paid to say all this, it's just my honest opinion, even though one of my Ender 3's has far more personality than the others, I still love them.

The CR-touch bed leveler on the printer is faulty and only works intermittently. I have only been able to do a handful of prints. Support is useless but the user forums say this is a know issue from before the time I bought my printer. I don't understand how a company can continue to sell a faulty product. Don't buy this model.

Product was faulty right out of the box and after contacting service I was advised to take apart the printer and replace the mother board.
I'm not a technician and I shouldn't be expected to service a faulty product rather than just ha e it replaceced.
Extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service.

First 3D printer, super easy to set up and get going. Unfortunately my third print printed a hole in the bottom layers, when I went to remove the print it ripped the top coat of the base plate, meaning I can no longer print in that area. I did email Creality and a replacement part is already on the way. Concened about the durability of this in the future.

After two week of use, our Ender-3D V3 build plate was scratched as the print nozzle did not re-align automatically. I contacted Creality and they sent a new plate out to us quickly. Appreciate the responsiveness of the support staff and the new part. My son loves his Creality 3D printer and have been designing different products to bring to life.
